Policy and Legal Position

As an implementing organization, PGCC shall be making itself available to all donor agencies, governmental and non-governmental. All activities, efforts and any required action including operational, financial, and management of PGCC are non-governmental and low profitable. PGCC is the organization has been registered with AISA on 03-Oct-2006. The license number is D-43574 PGCC has the right to work anywhere inside Afghanistan without restriction and has full authorization to seek financial resources and implementation possibilities for the planned relief and rehabilitation projects in Afghanistan.
