We are accurate on all safety measures regarding human resources, prioritizing the safety of our staff. Our operational staff members are fully aware of these measures, following them through our safety manual and operative instructions. Within the company administration, there are health clinic facilities available 24 hrs.
A day all week, our local doctor can perform where emergency services i.e. first aid and other primary health check-ups and treatments.

• Providing safety equipment for our field staff such as hard hats, safety shoes, protective glasses, etc.
• Field workers must use body-covering shirts to prevent sunburn and to protect against acid burn, weld splatter and cuts.
• Ensuring staff wear clothes and gloves that are appropriate for the work and weather conditions.
• Ensuring our workers use gloves and rubber boots when they are handling cement and concrete.
• Keeping clear the working areas from any kind of debris and rubbish.
• We will not allow any labour and staff to enter an area, which has been roped off or barricaded unless all due precautionary measures are taken.
• We will not allow anyone to move a vehicle at the site without prior notification to the field supervisor.
• We place adequate warnings if staff work around power shovels, cranes, trucks, etc. so that they can see the dangers and take all necessary measures to avoid an accident.
• We completely reject any form of child labour and encourage the hiring of women, which complements the strategy PGCC is implementing here in Afghanistan.
